TCG Technologies, LLC (TCGT), under its CAM Software and Support division, markets and provides training and technical support for CAM II, The Management System, a comprehensive computer-assisted property management system. Available in both English and Spanish versions, CAM II facilitates the day-to-day operations of public, private, and non-profit residential property management organizations in 50 states as well as in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, the South Pacific and Africa. The system supports both conventional and subsidized residential management.   TCGT also provides Tax Credit software solutions to LIHTC property managers.

Under its Housing Services division, TCG Technologies (TCGT) has been involved in the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Program since its inception. TCGT participated in REAC’s Pilot Program (MOBOS) during the summer of 1998 performing basic physical inspection services in 32 States, and the Caribbean Islands. TCGT not only provided inspectors, but assisted with the project management, training and technical support. TCGT also successfully developed software applications to support the program. TCGT is currently performing inspections in seven states under NIC and BIC Contracts, inspecting both Multi-Family Insured and Public Housing. Not only can we provide REAC inspection training for your staff, we can also provide inspectors to perform your required inspections. TCGT is an authorized reseller of Fujitsu Data Collections Devices (DCD’s).
