Since its establishment in 1984, the Group has built a solid base of U.S. and international clients in the shelter and community development field. The Group's clients include developing countries and international development agencies, such as the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and The World Bank; the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including Public and Indian Housing Authorities; private sector organizations; non-profit community development corporations and cooperatives; property management and development firms; local governments and authorities; and state and federal governments.
